Boiler manufacturers recommend engaging the services of an OFTEC Registered Technician, like myself, to service your oil appliance.
Commissioning
Commissioning your new oil boiler is a requirement for the manufacturer's warranty and ensures compliance with current building regulations. It also guarantees that the combustion settings are finely tuned to your specific installation location. I will complete a commissioning certificate and submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf as part of the process.
Servicing
An annual boiler service and safety check, including the OFTEC CD11 and TI133/D form, conducted by me ensures your boiler is operating efficiently. Regular servicing is crucial, as it helps maintain the boiler's performance according to the manufacturer's specifications, prolonging its lifespan and reducing the likelihood of faults and costly repairs in the future.
Repairs
If your oil boiler breaks down, you can call us to restore your heating as quickly as possible. I carry a wide range of spare parts in my van, allowing me to resolve most issues in a single visit. I accept credit and debit cards for all my services.
